We will begin our tour by visiting the Historic Centre of Mexico City, a site recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site; our first stop will be the Zócalo, the main square and the heart of our nation; there we will enjoy a panoramic view of the majestic National Palace, which throughout history has been home to prominent figures such as viceroys, emperors and presidents.

We will take a panoramic tour of the Archaeological Zone of the Aztec Templo Mayor, which was the epicentre of the Mexica people’s religious and political life. We will also admire the imposing Metropolitan Cathedral, the first cathedral built in the Americas.

We will then head along Paseo de la Reforma, passing by the edge of Chapultepec Forest and the city’s most glamorous residential areas, as well as the Zona Rosa.

The panoramic tour continues, highlighting the Siqueiros Cultural Polyforum, home to the world’s largest mural, ‘The March of Humanity’, by David Alfaro Siqueiros; the Plaza de Toros México, the world’s largest bullring with a capacity for 50,000 people; the Teatro de los Insurgentes, famous for the gigantic mural by Diego Rivera adorning its façade, featuring Cantinflas; the Olympic Stadium; and the University City, which, thanks to its architecture and murals created by the greatest Mexican muralists, holds the title of UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will also take a panoramic tour of the lava gardens of Pedregal de San Ángel.

Continuing our journey, we will visit Xochimilco, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, where we will enjoy a ride in an Aztec boat, known locally as a ‘Trajinera’. We will also explore the charming neighbourhood of Coyoacán with its 16th-century mansions and the impressive Church of San Juan Bautista, featuring a vault adorned with spectacular paintings by Juan Fabregat, created in 1944.
